연간 연간 보증서

The Letter of Guarantee must be submitted prior to the arrival of the containers and is mandatory for all consignees in order to obtain the Delivery Order.

Documentation that does not with these requirements will be rejected without exception.

It must be submitted exclusively by the consignee listed on the Bill of Lading, whose name or corporate name must match exactly the one indicated in this Letter.

Applicable to shipments:

  • Arrived as from 01/01/2026, or

  • Covered by Bills of Lading issued up to 12/31/2026.

Mandatory instructions:

  1. SUBMIT THE ORIGINAL document on company letterhead indicating the company name, address, and telephone number.

  2. COMPLETE all highlighted fields DIGITALLY, without modifying the text of the letter. Handwritten letters will NOT be accepted.

  3. SIGN ALL PAGES submitted by the legal representative or attorney-in-fact of the consignee, indicating their capacity and proving that they are the consignee of the Bill of Lading. Letters signed by customs brokers or other agents or representatives of the importer will not be accepted.

  4. NOTARY PUBLIC STAMP ON ALL PAGES and across the JOINING OF EVEN AND ODD PAGES.

  5. NOTARIZATION BY A NOTARY PUBLIC is mandatory, without exception. The notarization must be legalized by the corresponding Notary Association, except for those issued in the City of Buenos Aires or Greater Buenos Aires.
